Sam has gone on to deliver part of the induction training and onboarding as well as quarterly sessions for the first T M. Lewin store opening in Bow Lane, London and will continue to do so as the store opening programme is rolled out.

In 2022, Sam began executive coaching with the leadership team at Pertemps Group, including over 50 senior leaders from Board level to Branch Managers. The coaching initiative aimed to embed a more people-centred leadership approach across the organisation.
